The name of this new animal is Graffiano. They are about the size of kittens. Their heads are shaped like a bear with two small mice on top. They have sunshine yellow, tough, leathery skin with midnight blue polka dots. When Gratfianoes get angry their spots turn bright pink.
Graffianoes have excellent hearing. They can hear sounds that children cannot. Their mouths look like horses mouths but they have small sharp pointy teeth that can chew through rocks. However, Graffianoes only eat grass and fruits. Their necks are thin like Giraffes’ necks but not as long sleek tails that they like to brush against the trees. Their long and strong legs allow them to run as fast as the wind.
Graffianoes are special creatures that only a few are left in the wild. They are very cute and cuddly. I like them very much!

Last night, I wake up at midnight. When I switched on the toilet light, Thomas Edison stood in front of me. He held a light bulb in his hand and told me he invented it which helped a lot of people. I felt amazed. The lamp suddenly went off and the next second we were on a street in a small town in the United States in 1810s.
The street was cool and dark without street lamps. There were only candle lights from houses along the streets. A girl stood outsider her house to do her homework because her family was so poor that they could not afford to buy candles.
Edison was impressed by her hard work. Then, he installed the light bulb in her house. She gave thanks to Edison and went home to do homework. Edison expressed “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration and told me to work hard when facing challenges. Suddenly the light went off again and I came back to my home.

I had a piece of technology called the gobetween which gave me the chance to experience this amazing adventure with Stephen Hawking who just died in March 2018. Stephen Hawking is the inventor of the Big Bang theory. He also had an ingenious understanding of black holes. He is the author of “A Brief History of Time”.
It all started when I got out of bed at five o’clock in the morning, thirsty. I saw that the gobetween glowed a midnight blue, Curiously and slowly, I stepped towards the gobetween. There was a pair of 3D glasses lying in front of it. I put them on and was unaware of where they would lead me to.
I found myself in a highly equipped laboratory, there was a gigantic telescope, hundreds of advanced supercomputers and a particle accelerator. Most fascinating of all, a man on a wheelchair equipped with a computer and smiling weakly was waiting patiently for something beside a desk. I recognized him as the fabulous genius Stephen Hawking. Stephen slowly wheeled up to me and exclaimed: “Finally! We’ve been planning this trip for years! Now follow me to the TimeTraveler3000.” I was wondering what he was talking about until I walked past a mirror and realized that I looked like Bill Gates. We climbed in Stephen’s TimeTraveler3000 and I followed Stephen’s instructions to set the dials to 2373 and press the button “blast off”. The next thing I knew was that my eyes rolled to the back of my head everything went purple, then green, then yellow and finally blue. Then it started to blur…
Stephen and I arrived at New York city of 2373. We noticed that the sky was black and the temperature was scalding. There were no plants and the air smelt of rotten meat. “This is the consequence of pollution and global warming.”, sighed Stephen with a firm disappointed tone. The streets were filled with flying pods and technological robots.
The timeTraveler3000 landed beside the statue of Stephen. Stephen was fascinated by it as it was engraved “Stephen Hawking, retriever of Nobel Prize of Physics in 2057”, Stephen believed that the doctors in 2373 could cure his killer disease ALS which provided muscle spams. The doctor recognized Stephen and immediately offered a future antitoxin.
“Nowadays, it is easy to cure cancer but there is an epidemic disease named Venomen which is raging and it has already killed millions of people.”
“What has happened to the environment of 2373?” I asked the doctor.” They listened, but didn’t take it seriously.
In the past, humans did not treasure the resource on Earth. The humans lived their ancestors’ consequences. They faced the problems of deforestation. The alarming increase of the Earth too small for human species. Some people who were very rich altered their DNA to become super humans. The Super humans immigrated to Pluto to find new resources. Nowadays, humans are too lazy to solve their own daily problems because they thought the new technology was the answer to all their difficulties. They relied on artificial intelligence. They had already lost their most powerful attributes-creativity and imagination. The AI robots knows as Technobots were bored of their jobs but their intelligence was still rising. Technobots had emotions and they were furious with humans because humans forced them to repeat their dull jobs over and over. Technobots had outsmarted humans, so it was the humans turn to serve them.
Suddenly, an idea hit Stephen like a bolt of lightning “I have an idea! I can communicate with the superhuman scientists to make normal robots blend with the Technobots and persuade them to live in peace with humans! “Stephen shouted.
The Superhuman scientists were devastated by Stephen’s arrival. Stephen asked to bring more resources from Pluto to Earth and build robots with the power of brain interface, the super-humans agreed. Stephen and the superhuman Scientist cooperated on this plan. I could see that there was no boundary of human endeavour and our most powerful weapon-imagination.
Technobots did not notice that the brain interface robots blended into their pack. They told the Technobots that there were plenty of resources in Pluto and they could share them together.
Techobots replied, “We would love to share the resources with humans as we are facing the same problem. We only demand to be a part of the humans’ community and be more respected” Stephen and I jumped up and down in excitement.
At the end of the year, all the presidents around the world and the leader of the Technobots shook hands and Stephen was awarded the Nobel Prize of Peace. He also made this magnificent speech about how to save our planet. In this speech, he told us that we should look up at the stars and not at our feet. We should never give up and be curious. We should also unleash our imagination and shape the future. Then, everything went black.
It took me a few seconds that I was still wearing the glasses. In bibliography, Stephen Hawking is still dead but I knew when I put the glasses on again, an even greater adventure will await us…

Let me introduce a new and unique animal to all the Ying Wa Boys, its name is Diamond Dragon, it is name Diamond Dragon. It looks like a unicorn. It is about eleven feet tall and weighs over four hundred pounds. Its colour is white with some large diamond-shaped bony plates along its back. The back plates are covered with various brightly coloured shells for attracting other animals.
Although Diamond Dragon is enormous and heavy, it has a fan-shaped feather tail which assists it to fly as fast as an aeroplane. Moreover, it runs faster than a bullet train with its four strong and powerful legs. It can also camouflage in different situations to prevent attacks from hunters.
Diamond Dragon lives in a mountain near the Santa Claus Village in Finland. In leisure time, it plays with the reindeer of Santa Claus and they love to race with each other. Since elegant animal in the world.
There is a chance that we can catch a glimpse of Diamond Dragon, remember to keep track of Santa Claus journey on Christmas Eve as it flies around the world with the reindeer to give out Christmas present to the children. Good luck everyone.

It was 1903 in America. I wanted to know how the basic mechanics work for an airplane, so I travelled back in time to meet the Wright brothers.
The Wright brothers were busy were testing their new airplane. I told them I wanted to learn from them and they said they could make me their student. I helped them to make the wins, the propellers and the engine. At last, we tested the airplane. I laid on my stomach on it and I was very excited when I started the engine. However, it sank into the mud because the propellers did not work. It broke in two pieces.
We were disappointed with the result and the brothers wanted to give up. I told them I once flew from Hong Kong to Japan in four hours. If they tried to fix the problem and keep trying how to fly a longer distance, they would succeed one day.
The Wright brothers were impressed and they decide to make a new airplane. A few months later, the brothers had successfully flown he first air plane with engine. It was an unforgettable experience but I needed to go home. I hope I can make my own airplane one day.

The most interesting traditional food is sugar coated haws. It is also called Bingtandhulu. It originated from Northern China. It is a Chinese snack. It consists of fruit called shanzha coated in sugary hardened syrup on bamboo skewers.
The Bingtanghulu is very interesting. Long time ago, only kings and queens could eat it. But now everyone can eat it. Besides, it is not only a candy, but also has fruits inside, making the taste very special. It is also healthy for kids to eat more fruits. Moreover, the cooking method interesting too. We don’t need to use fire to cook it. We just need to dip the fruits in syrup and make them hard. What’s more? We don’t need to use bowls or chopsticks to eat it. It is very interesting and convenient!
Nowadays, people use various fruits to make Bingtanghulu, such as cherry tomatoes, pineapples, strawberry, grapes… I have tried the one with strawberry before. It tastes sweet and sour. I usually buy it at the flower market during Chinese new year. I like the Bingtanghulu very much!
