The Most Interesting Traditional Food SECOND PLACE

I think biscuit is the most interesting traditional food. The first biscuits were baked in Persia during the 7th century BCE. The modern biscuit, however, is a French invention.
It is interesting to note that the word “biscuit” comes from the French for twice cooked. This is because biscuits were originally cooked in a twofold process. They were first baked and then dried out in a slow oven.
Today, we can buy biscuits of different flavors from the supermarket. My favourite biscuits are Oreo biscuits. I prefer the Oreo biscuits with dark chocolate because they are less sugary and I appreciate the subtler taste from them, I would recommend everyone to try the Oreo biscuits.

“Iron Fish” is the largest animal in the world. Its skin is reading gold and it is as strong as “Iron Man” so it is called “Iron Fish”.
It has a big mouth, sharp teeth, a long tongue, strong body, flat wings and tough feet. It looks like a monster and it is a fierce predator.
“Iron Fish” lives in the sea but it has different ways to hunt food. When it flies high in the sky, it shoots out its tongue to stick on big birds and eat them. When “Iron Fish” is hunting in the water, its head shoots out a poisonous sting towards the big fish quickly. When it is on land, it can change its skin colour to camouflage itself and hunt dangerous animals like cheetahs, lions and bears.
The most interesting things about the “Iron Fish” is its eyes which can glow in the dark and it sims faster than a sailfish. What a super-duper animal!

Dim Sum, a traditional Cantonese cuisine, is a vast array of bite-sized dishes nicely enjoyed with tea during breakfast or lunch in family and friends gathering. Over a hundred years ago, local teahouses serving tea and food were popular among the travelers along the Silk Road and the rural farmers for resting and chatting together, which planted the culture of “Yum Cha” (drink tea) and Dim Sum throughout China.
Dim Sum dishes can be served in a number of ways such as steamed, fried or baked. Dumplings, buns, wraps, noodle rolls, puff, tarts and puddings, usually filled with a mixture of fresh seafood, meat and vegetables, are the most famous types of Dim Sums. Modern restaurants even provide an array of cute Dim Sums in different animal forms to enhance the meal experience.
“Dim Sum” in Chinese means “touch the heart”. I love Dim Sums not only because of the variety of tastes but also because the warmth” always gives us pleasure and satisfaction.

There has long been a superstition among people that porpoises save drowning men by pushing them to the surface, or protect them from sharks by surrounding them in defensive formation. This is definitely a beautiful misunderstanding. Marine Studio biologists have found that, however intelligent they may be, it is probably a mistake to credit dolphins with any motive of life saving.
Today I will tell you the truth. There is a new species that has not yet been discovered called the “Jade Unicorns”, which has existed in the world for more than ten thousand years. It looks like a big house, and it has a pair of wings that are very strong. Don’t underestimate these wings, they can not only soar in the sky, but also swim in the ocean. They usually live in deep waters and only come out after midnight to feed on plankton in the ocean. This is why it has not been discovered by humans so far, but there are also some special circumstances that allow humans to get hold of some clues. In 1928 some marine creatures were photographed working like beavers to push ashore a waterlogged mattress. Everyone thought they were porpoises except me. In fact, those were jade unicorns!
Maybe you are wondering how I knew it, well, it’s because Jade Unicorns came to me in my sleep one day and told me all this.

I have created a new animal. His name is Talk-Fish. He has two small, round eyes and a tiny mouth. He has orange and white stripes on his body. He has a short, orange tail and is very cute.
He is very smart, too! His intelligence quotient(IQ) is super high―7953172! But mine is much lower than his. Only 136. He is so clever that he can help me do everything like homework, chores, etc. He can also speak all languages. Whether I’m sad or happy, he can chitchat with me at any time. I like to share everything with him.
Talk-Fish lives in a fancy fish tank where there is a stone bridge, some water plants, some artificial hills and a pavilion. How beautiful it is!
He is very funny as he always plays hide and seek with me. Talk-Fish also likes to show me that he is good at playing water basketball.

Are you afraid of giant squids and blue whale? What about a creature combining the features of a squid and a whale? Are they the newest nightmare of sea animals?
Recently, there is a new discovered sea creature called Giant Squidwhale which lives in the Pacific Ocean. This new creature is a combination of the blue whale and the giant squid. Its head looks like a blue whale’s and it has eight legs and two extra feeder arms at the back. It can grow 200 feet long and weigh 200 tonnes. That’s about the length of two aeroplanes. The Giant Squidwhale has the largest brain in the world, therefore they are more intelligent than gorillas.
The Giant Squidwhale is the ultimate leader in the ocean, it acts as an ocean safeguard. It emits some mystical ink that can dissolve the chemicals, wastage and experimental products in the ocean. These harmful products pollute the ocean and put all sea animals’ life in danger.
The true nightmare of sea animals is not any new sea creature. Instead, it is caused by those people who keep polluting our oceans. Save our oceans and act now!
