"To Be Continued..." has turned into a beautiful book for YWPS boys
[17 Aug] Thank you for all of your great support, YWPS boys! The saga "To Be Continued..." (TBC) has concluded with a beautiful production of a professionally illustrated book, with the final section dedicated to the winning entries of "Chapter X" written by our P.4-6 boys as inspired by TBC. We hope you, YWPS boys, will value the book as part of your creative reading journey you have had in this very special school year.

In my opinion , I feel the To Be Continued series is a not only exciting, but also educational series that is loved by lots. This series also has a set of questions in the English Department website, and I strongly believe that it ( the questions ) will expand the answerer’s mindset and provide an educational way of thinking of an answer for more questions in the road of life. I also believe that the TBC book , with its colourful cover and catching story inside will be able to encourage readers that watching a movie is a entertaining activity to do, but at the same time, reading also enriches the mind and captivates the reader while scanning the first few pages. The book, in my own opinion, can , if you’ve never seen the movie before, also motivate readers to not only enjoy the reading process, but also try and analyse and infer the content of the book. This will allow the reader to always truly and deeply understand the book. Furthermore, it will bring questions to the reader’s mind, and as I stated before, he or she will try and solve them with the educational mindset reading provides. This works not only for the TBC book, but because of it, this way of thinking will also work for any other book the reader reads.

Overall , the TBC series not only can morph learning into an even more fun activity, the book can also encourage readers to read regularly with an educational mindset. Thank you for reading.

This story is very intriguing and almost every chapter serves to pique the reader's interest. I like the plot twist where the old wise man was revealed to be a traitor, and so the second plot twist that turns the story in a full circle was another surprise as Na Na was revealed to be the traitor and a former hero. These twists kept me on my toes throughout the book and kept it quite interesting. However, this does beg the question, if time travel was always possible within the story, (Our heroes clearly travel to different time periods as they appear in the 18th century, but also go to the Paralympics, which I believe were not invented until 1960.) why didn't the old wise man simply return to the Qin Dynasty and give his Emperor the elixir? Or any of the other kings? He's clearly a loyal servant to the throne and country. I suppose that story is for another time... or rather it's to be continued. A great story overall and it has clearly inspired a lot of young writers. I applaud Dr Lee and the artists for putting so much effort into this tale.

I personally think that this story is fascinating and there are many morals for us to learn. One of them is telling us to work together as a team as it was when the three heroes needed to escape from the girl warriors. Also there are many twists, like the monster and its breath was actually fake.
I think the book, To Be Continued, will definitely encourage more students to read. These are the things that I am sharing, thank you for reading.

This story is absolutely awesome and exciting! I can definitely see the humongous amount of effort our English teachers have put in, it’s an absolute masterpiece, one of the best topics throughout our Ying Wa life. The book itself provides us with details we may have missed in the movie because we were too awestruck by the animation. The book gives us a big enthusiasm towards the actual plot of the story. It inspired me to write more, read more and even think more! All the characters have their own exciting part, not like normal movies where the main character is the main storyline. It teaches us that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, never underestimate people with physical weaknesses. Respect and support each other for a greater us! Thank you.
